These task forces focus on targeting violent offenders involved in gang activity, firearms trafficking, homicide investigations, organized crime, narcotics distribution, and repeat violent offenses that impact communities across the country. By combining investigative resources, surveillance capabilities, forensic technology, and intelligence sharing, the FBI and its law enforcement partners work to identify high-risk threats, dismantle criminal networks, and prevent acts of violence before they occur. The collaborative nature of the task force allows agencies to respond quickly and effectively to complex criminal activity while strengthening public safety and community protection efforts.
FBI’s John F. Kennedy International Airport Field Office
The FBI’s John F. Kennedy International Airport Field Office plays a critical role in protecting one of the busiest international transportation hubs in the United States. Special agents, intelligence personnel, and task force officers assigned to the office investigate a wide range of federal crimes and national security threats, including terrorism, human trafficking, narcotics smuggling, organized crime, cyber threats, financial crimes, and international criminal activity connected to air travel and global commerce. Working closely with federal, state, local, and international law enforcement partners, the office supports intelligence gathering, counterterrorism operations, and rapid-response investigations involving travelers, cargo operations, and airport security. Due to JFK’s importance as a major gateway into the United States, the FBI field office serves as a vital component in safeguarding national security and maintaining public safety throughout the New York metropolitan region.
GIVING BACK
The Maine State Troopers Foundation is a nonprofit charity established in the mid-1990s to support and enhance the work of the Maine State Police and related public safety and community programs across the state. It helps fund and promote initiatives that benefit youth, victims of violence, athletic and social service programs, memorials for fallen troopers, and community outreach efforts, often partnering with groups like Special Olympics Maine and organizations supporting children of law-enforcement members. The foundation raises money through private and public donations, fundraising campaigns, and merchandise sales, and accepts tax-deductible contributions to further its mission of strengthening public safety and community well-being in Maine.

As an Empire Collectors' Club subscriber you receive an exclusive one-time run of unique Empire Original challenge coins. These are coins from legitimate agencies and these are versions of those coins that will only be offered in the Empire Collectors' Club. You will not be able to find these versions of these coins anywhere else.
We will never remake the coin you receive with the same unique design elements, metals and colors. The uniqueness of your exclusive subscriber coins adds to the value of each coin.
