These terms and conditions govern your access and use of the “Site” (www.empirecollectorsclub.com), including any content, functionality, subscriptions, and services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user. These Terms also apply to the purchase and sale of products and subscriptions service through the Site.
By accessing, browsing or using this Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound and abide by the Terms. You may use the Site only for your own noncommercial personal use and in compliance with these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to revise the products and services available on the Site and to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site.
We may also restrict your access to part, or all, of the Site without notice or penalty. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.
Registration and Passwords
In order to access certain services on the Site, you will be required to provide specific information. All information about you must be truthful. You are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorized use of the Site under such access codes or passwords.
We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
Site Not for Minors
The Site is available to registered and unregistered users who are 18 years old and older. You must be 18 years old in order to make a purchase on our Site.
Fraud Protection
We may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Transactions
In order to purchase any product made available through the Site you will be asked to supply information relevant to your transaction (your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information).
By submitting such information, you grant Empire Collectors’ Club the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions.
You agree that by placing an order on the Site, you are entering into a binding contract with Empire Collectors’ Club and agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site.
With respect of Empire Collectors’ Club subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that once you have agreed for your credit card to be charged on a recurring basis, and agreed to the amount of the recurring charges, Empire Collectors’ Club may submit monthly or yearly charges to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to the recurring payment charge. Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel your monthly subscription renewal.
Note: Empire Collectors’ Club uses Stripe to process payments. You may see “Stripe” on your payment card statement.
Cancellation Policy
You're welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your Empire Collectors’ Club subscription you may logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there or contact us directly at info@jointheempire.com.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION:
WHEN YOU PURCHASE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EMPIRE COLLECTORS’ CLUB IS AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR THE PRICE OF YOUR CHOSEN SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES (YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT) OR EMPIRE SUSPENDS OR TERMINATES THE SUBSCRIPTION.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING DATE BY ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT OR BY EMAILING info@jointheempire.com. YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED FOR THE NEXT SCHEDULED BILL DATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER FEES OR CHARGES, INCURRED WITH RESPECT TO ANY ORDER PROCESSED PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. ALL RECURRING CHARGES THAT PROCESS PRIOR TO CANCELLATION ARE FINAL.
Additionally, you are responsible for the status of any and all accounts you create with us. In the event that you create multiple accounts and/or sign up for multiple memberships, you are responsible for all charges. Multiple charges made through multiple accounts do not qualify for refunds outside of our refund policy.
You may have the ability to purchase: gift cards, and recurring monthly subscriptions. Gifts are not refundable or redeemable for cash and must be redeemed for purchases through the services in accordance with Empire’s then-current procedures for redemption. The recipient may be required to create their own account and agree to these Terms in order to redeem the gift. GIFTS THAT ARE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AUTO RENEWAL TERMS AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
Returns and Refunds (Standard Return/Refund Policy):
If an issue arises with one of your Empire Collectors’ Club products, please contact info@jointheempire.com. We will review you your order and any reported issues and offer a replacement of the product in question or a partial/full refund. Please provide photos of the product label and damage reported.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for items that do not appeal to the individual. Your ongoing subscription will include a variety of collectors' coins and gifts. As an active subscriber you have access to our exclusive Facebook community for the purposes of connecting, learning and trading.
Risk of Loss
Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for inspecting all products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery.
Courier Damaged Products: While we want to see every delivery arrive on time and without issue, delays or damage can occur once the package is in transit via the courier. Issues can arise due to events that are out of our control such as accidents, inclement weather, etc. In the event of damage caused by improper handling or in the event of a lost parcel please email info@jointheempire.com within seven (7) days of receipt or lost parcel notice. You are required to provide a description of the damage, and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received. We will review your claim and determine accuracy in its sole discretion.
Damaged Products (not courier related): In the event that you receive a damaged item or items email us at info@jointheempire.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We ask that you please provide a description of the damage and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received. We will review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the product in question or a partial/full refund. We may ask that you provide photos of the product label and damage reported. In some instances that are up to our discretion we will request that a damaged item be returned to us before a replacement and/or refund is issued.
Shipping Information
When you purchase a monthly subscription you agree to take responsibility for the shipping information we have on record. We cannot guarantee the condition or timeframe of the delivery if your address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to your bill date, if your address is altered while in transit or if you are unable to retrieve your order on the delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order bill date. When placing your Order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly or move please email info@jointheempire.com.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our Terms, you will not be refunded. In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve on the delivery date without prior notification you will not be refunded.
Copyright Infringement
Empire Collectors’ Club prohibits the use of any content that violates or infringes the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of Empire Collectors’ Club.
Any changes to the Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date.” You are encouraged to review these Terms prior to purchasing any product that is available through this Site. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of and agreement with such changes.
